Copyright Notice for Turkish Music Clips

This music library may contain copyrighted materials as in commercial magnetic tape or compact disc forms. These clips are provided with the following facts. Please read carefully and contact me if you need more information.

  1. The quality of the audio allows only low quality mono listening.
  2. The producers of the clips are expected to submit their pages to promote sales of their audio products. A free advertisement is provided on this server.
  3. If, for any reason, I receive a removal request for a particular song from its original author, I will remove that particular song, notify the link on the library, and provide the contact address to obtain the copyrighted material.
  4. My goal is to promote Turkish culture on the Internet. If the copyright owners do not think this is true, I certainly welcome them, and with a simple e-mail to me I will remove theirs. But I believe none of the Turkish singers or producers want this except when they provide the same service on their pages. In that case I will update my links to point to their pages.
  5. The Turkish Music and Voice Library is a totally nonprofit and independent library. No other service from that server is provided. It is not a public web server of any university or institution. Access to the server might be restricted to certain users or the site might ask for a password in the future.
  6. If you are a copyright owner of any song or voice here, I welcome your contribution and I will provide order information since I am getting requests regarding the availability of the material in CD or tape form. I am trying to put copyright information as correctly as possible, but some songs are just found ones and no company information is available at the moment of recording.
  7. Redistribution of these files is permitted with the condition of keeping headers of the songs the same.
  8. As Benan reminds us, the purpose of this library is exploring the cultural beauty of Turkey.
  9. The Ozdemir section has been provided because the case happened 20 years ago and it is closed now. We have no relation with the people of those conversations, nor support any of them. It is news-type information from the real world. I am only one of the copyholders.
